Pat is dedicating the whole month to finishing my Illustrations i'm beyond excited.
Its been so cold, one day it's 12 degrees and now it's 61 degrees what a jump for a daytime high.
The horses blankets were so dirty I had to hang them over the fence to hose them all off giving them enough time to dry because it's going to be in the 20's at night, that's Colorado for ya!!
Colorado is all about rain and snow for water to irrigate our fields for hay. We only yielded 1/4 of the hay that is normally cut in this area of Colorado, i'm sure I don't have to tell you where the prices of hay went.
Before moving to Colorado I along with everyone else would just go to the feed store and buy hay, no problem, they just always had it, never gave it another thought.
There's been a drastic change in climate, I have seen it change with my own eyes, I don't have to have someone tell me! It would rain every afternoon at 3:00 in the summer, not anymore. We had a lot of snow for this area but not like the ski areas. Although there was plenty to keep everything green and going. Not a political thing, we all live on this planet. That's it for now. LOL!
